why in the heck is my office too cheap to turn on the stupid friggin air conditioner? We've got a fan on and I still feel like a lobster. i'm about to turn orange here, people.

My office is like that too. Won't turn it on until mid-May. Luckily I have a huge window that I can open. Very little crossflow so it still is hot.
