Anyone else have peeling nails? My nails have never peeled this badly, but in the last few months, they have gotten quite bad with the peeling.

I used to have that problem, but not so much anymore. How long are they? Mine can still peel when they get too long so I have to keep them short. Taking a biotin supplement may also help.

They to tend to peel more when longer. Biotin hasn't done much for me :(

Yeah, I'm starting to think that biotin is all bs. It hasn't done jack to make my hair grow.

Anyways. I did a search on peeling nails on the Make-Up Alley Nail board (and those are some crazy nail-obessed people on there) and besides lots of stuff about keeping nails short here are some other things they recommended:

- Sally Hansen Age Correct Nail Growth Treatment
- stop using antibacterial soaps that contain Triclosan
- calcium supplements
- OPI Nail Envy
- Peeling is usually from dry nails. Oils applied at bedtime work well

Ugh, mine do sometimes too. It ruins a perfectly great manicure.

Mine do all the time but I also bite the crap out of my nails so that's probably why.

Try pre-natal vitamins.

Meg, I never knew that A/B soaps would cause a problem. That stuff is everywhere!
