OK, so I got inspired by the how to lose 10-15 pounds thread...
I've tried everything. EVERYTHING to lose weight but it seems as if my body is content to sit at 155 pounds and 5'2" or 3" depending on the height measure. I, thankfully, weigh less than my husband. I don't always feel bad about being a bit chubby but it'd be nice to drop about 20-30 of it. I was always thin as a kid (weighed about 120-125 until around 18) and it just creeped up on me. So... To make a long story shorter.. I tried out the weight watchers flex plan thing and I did lose about 5 pounds. But then it just stopped after 6 weeks of this and out of frustration I've stopped counting the points. It makes me mad because I don't eat badly. I never eat junk food (unless gummy bears count, because I have an addiction there, but only sometimes). I only eat whole wheat/grain stuff. There are times when I get the wayoverprocessed pizza or quicky stuff at the store (for the nights when I'm beat) but mostly it's chicken, veggies and whole grain foods. I don't eat a lot of fat or sugar. What's the deal man! The only time I lost weight pretty quickly was when I was jogging 3 times a week. I guess I'll have to pick that up again, though, it's so hard to get up the energy to when I'm totally drained at the end of the day. And yes, I wish I was a morning person, but I'm not. I'm just not. I hate the morning. It is evil. OK, I've bored you all enough, any advice?

You actually already know what you have to do to lose those extra pounds you want to drop. Its working out again. I know it can be difficult but you have to try to push yourself a little bit more to reach your goal. I was about 220 if not more, and had slight chest pains every now and then, I just didn't feel well. I can still remember the day I started to work out again a few years ago. It snowed outside when I woke up and I thought, wow its so cold, freezing cold but I have to do this. I dressed warm and started powerwalking outside, I even fell three times because the roads were so slippery but I stood up and kept on walking. I know a lot of people think I am crazy or something and try to pull you down because they keep saying haven't you lost enough? Are you sick or what? As if the pounds stay off when you suddenly stop working out. But there are also people who react positive, they come to me and recognize me when I am in a store and tell me, wow I have to tell you something, you look good, I think its great what you have done. Anyway you can do excercises at home as well, weights, pilates or go outside and just walk for a few miles. If you have more questions please feel free to ask.
