I went to the ophthalmologist the other day to get contacts. I tried all sorts of fits in both j&j and b&l but all of em didn't quite "fit" me. They were all too tight and i always felt like there was something similar to dust irritating me under my lids. They told me that the curvature of my eye ball doesn't support normal monthly or bi-weekly disposables and that the only option for me is daily disposables or laser correction. Daily disposables work out to alot of money for me right now, and so after some brief calculations I realised that what I spend of daily disposables for 2 years = what i would spend on laser correction - which is permanent!!! isn't that plain weird

anyone else here have " very curvy" eyes? - it's coz we're sexy like that

I don't have curvy eyes, that I know of, but I do have extremely poor vision and can't wear soft contacts at all. Only hard. I don't really think much about them; I've worn them since I was 12.
