View Full Version : Stop questioning me! (rant)

Today's a real mixed bag...

1. I am (unnecessarily?) delighted: I made a field observation MONTHS ago at this one site in Ohio that the project manager questioned. The new project manager doubted it as well, but went ahead with the necessary testing. The results undeniably support my field observation.

2. I have a project manager who's going to sulk like a child for days b/c I 'botched' his file review b/c I didn't read his mind. I feel stupid and dumb - which is his goal, the chauvanistic SOB - and angry as hell.

3. I got questioned by a project manager in Cali as to why the project I'm working on was staffed out of PA rather than CA. Um, hi - I'm not the PM, I don't know. If I had to hazard a guess, it's b/c I'm damn good at what I do. :madder:

I'm tired of this...every time I do something, I get questioned/interrogated/grilled/eyeballed/etc. Is it b/c I'm 25? Is it b/c I'm female in a male-dominated field (gah, I hope not)? WHAT is it?

GAH. So pissed. Sorry for the rant, all...I just needed to get that out and away...Can. Not. Wait. For. Friday.

Sorry, that sucks! I know how you feel...Dont worry though, the more times you're right, the more they'll start to trust and rely on you.

That sucks. I hate it when ppl at work question me a bout stuff that I have no clue about, and really have no business knowing about in the begining
