Ok, so yesterday, I seriously felt exhausted all day, but still made it to work. Then last night, I woke up in the middle of the night with this hella intense stomach pain--pretty much upper intestinal. I managed to go back to sleep, and woke up this morning feeling better, though the stomach pain was still there, just not as bad.
About 12:30, the stomach pain became intense again.......has anybody had something like this? My boss is currently out with a 'stomach bug" which I seriously hope I don't have......I feel fine except for the horrendous tummy pain.

It sounds like a mild case of food poisoning.

I honestly didn't even think about that, but it could be a stron possibility, now that I think about it!

Did you eat any undercooked chicken or eggs in the last day or so? I had salmonella poisoning back in April, and the main symptom was stomach pain.

could also be the result of a mule kicking you in the stomach

LOL, are you my brother?! Seriously, last night he was like "If I punch you in the stomach, do you think it'd help?"

hhhmmm, a little "hair of the dog" so to speak - it certainly couldn't hurt....
i am assuming then that you haven't been kicked in the stomach by a mule, or some other type of farm/barnyard animal.....

Paige, is it related to your other GI tract problems?
