Is there anyone else out there from the UK? I think there are loads of young people in the UK who are having QLC's too. If anyone is interested in forming a support group around the London area - which is where a reckon a lot of UK QLC'ers will be - I think we'd all benefit.

Anyone out there?

Having just returned from NY post 9/11 things just dont seem to be working out back here in London.

I see the last post here was a while ago - so if there are folks in the London area interested?

Hi. Live in West London and would love to meet people who are going through QLC as well... Anyone else out there interested in getting together over coffee or drinks one weekend?

Lostboy, would be great to meet you or anyone in similar situation in London, I agree.

I live in Barnet area (north London), am a capable grad., work as temporary admin, and am seriously wondering what I'm doing with my life.

Perhaps we need to fix a central venue for get-togethers - anyone object to somewhere like All Bar One on Charing Cross Road (Leicester Sq/Tottenham Court Rd).

All we need now are some replies so we can fix a date.

i'm in for a QLC chat as well. i'm going back to the states in a few months to start over again, and i'm scared as can be! maybe someone has some success stories...i agree we should pick a central location at a non-busy time, say tuesday 6:30 and see who shows. anyone else in?

Hi Guys!

I didn't get any responses to my original post for ages so really pleased to see some people are out there!

Tuesday 6.30pm sounds good to me too - however will have to leave it to someone else to suggest a good bar as I work in Essex and don't know London that well.

Not sure how often people are reading this so how about a date of 16 July - which should be long enough for us all to get our acts together!

Hey there. Nice to see some uk people here.

I'm currently living up t'north but I might be moving to London soon. The only thing stopping me is that I'd need work as soon as I got there.

I'm happy to do temping stuff (while looking for a 'proper' job - I'm a web developer), but is there the temping work out there?

Can anyone who has an idea let me know. Cheers

Steve

Hello all UK quarter life crises people! I am trying to find a UK person who would be willing to speak about their crisis to a national publication. You may have been through it and be able to advise on how you coped and how hard it was for you?

Please send me an email if you are interested in letting the UK know that the quarter life crisis exists and that people going through it are not alone! FernC@consol.co.uk

Hi everyone!

Fern's idea sounds great! If we can get coverage in the media then people will take this stage in our lives seriously.

Who says only the mid life crisis exists! We want recognition too! So let's all get in touch with her!
