So I have a very odd, very long night last night.

First, I go to a local bar to interview a guy for a story I'm working on. I walk up to the bar and I look for a person matching his description (tall, spiky hair, glasses). Sitting and the patio table closest to the door is a guy with sorta piky hair, looks tall and is wearing glasses. I walk up and introduce myself. I think i might have said "Derek? Hi, I'm Kim." except apprently I didi'nt say Derek loud enough. After talking for a couple of minutes I realize this is NOT the guy I was supposed to meet and i do'nt see any other dude matching his description. So i keep talking to the guy, becuase i figure, why the hell not. So he gives me his number, jsut in case i need more sournces for my story or so he says, and then he goes off.

Derek shows up later, and is mega cute, and flirty. We interview, while he eats a quick dinner, then he's off. He also gives me his number, but only becuase I asked him for it in case i had more questions.

Then I go and call a guy that is sort of a business contact. We're also friends, and I really only have him as a contact because he owns a modeling agency and I used his model for my fashion story. So, we go out to dinner and he is the first guy in about 3 years that has me figured out. he KNOWS me so well it's kinda creepy. I know he's not in my usual age range, he's got to be in his 40s.

So, should I call the guy I thought was Derek? He was cute. And what do i do about this agent guy?

An excellent night... I love those!! Go out with both, but don't believe that the agent guy has ANYTHING figured out... He's probably like Miss Cleo and just plays the odds. Does he do the eye/staring thing? When he holds your gaze just a little too long?

I'm responsible. I buy the family pack of condoms. The super thin kind even, I treat my stallions well.

So should I call or e-mail the guy I unintentionally hit on?

For a date or for more sources? If you're sure he gave you his number so you two can hang out, I can say do it...that is if you want to hang out with him again.

what if i dont know why he gave me his number?

hah he said "if you're looknig for more sources, here's my cell number." But that might have been a ploy to give me his number.
