Hey everyone,

Just wanted to say hello. I'm new to the neighborhood though I have been reading a little bit of the discussion for a while. I look forward to talking to all of you. I guess some random info for fun:

Baltimore Ravens are my favorite sports team.
LOST is my favorite TV show on right now.
I am addicted to Battle Star Galacitica Season 1.
My favorite outdoor activity is riding my bike around the city.

That is a good first chunk. :D

Hi, guys, I'm from Brazil and I've just finished college.
I guess I could say I'm everything I've never wanted to be.

I'm a teacher and I don't like it. I really want to get into the translations business right now, but I don't have the guts to give up all my lousy benefits from my current job.

I have the same boyfriend for 4 years and a half and a half. He lives in another state, so it can be hard sometimes. We see each other as much as we can (and we spend a lot of money on this - money I could be spending on shoes, btw), but we have no plans of leaving everything behind and living together.

I have nowhere to go in my life. I have good friends, a great dog and I love my boyfriend.

But this thing with my job... I hate it. I hate having a job I don't want for my life. I can't see myself in this position for much longer, but I can't see myself doing anything else. Besides, I can't save money. I spend half of my salary just to pay for my credit card.

I'm stuck, don't know what to do next with my life.
