I'm normally a cheery person, but today is a "leave me alone" day. I have meetings today that I just don't feel like going to. What do you all do when you're grumpy at work?

Unfortunately, people keep coming into my office to ask questions, like once every half hour. Maybe I should just put a "Do not Disturb" sign on my door. ;)

Ohhh I see...I wish people would talk to me at this job...

How about a "knock before entering" sign? Or, "If it's not life or death, don't enter!" :p

Or "Enter only if you are bearing gifts or offering me a raise!"

But I see your point too, i would miss the social interaction if nobody ever talked to me.

If you can listen to music, i always put in a good cd...generally the people around me can tell my mood by the music :)

I listen to music because it is so quiet and dull, but it is in my CD-rom, so only I can hear it. Which is probably a good thing, because I bet I would scare off all the old ladies that I work with if they heard my music!

I try to make an effort to keep it down, you can only hear it if you're standing at my desk...although i do have a tendency if i'm pissed off by the ridiculous, petty office politics to turn it up a couple of notches! a sad attempt at rebellion :twisted:
