Sometimes it takes a couple of months to give a thumbs up or down on a place to live. I believe that is a fact. However, I am a fan of feeling something in my gut and acting on THAT, instead of being logical about everything. In short, my heart must be moved.
If you are the same, trust that you don't like Penn and leave. If you are more logical, then you have to sit down and write all the pros and cons about each of your choices, and go from there.
I vote that you go to Richmond. If it makes sense for your career and you have no ties...then do it! Home will always be there, right?
Good luck and TRUST YOURSELF! Remember, we project onto others, so the advice people give you is really what THEY would do...not nesc an objective idea about what YOU should do. Having said that, yes, I would go to Richmond. That's why I tell you the same.
