The first interviews dont make me as nervious anymore because I have nothing to loose and I know my chances of getting the job are lower.

But I just got a second interview and im more nervious because I know there looking to hire me and will be looking at me closer and I have more to loose. I just keep thinking I hope I don't screw up. I know the pressure is on because I think they liked and want me. I just don't want to dissapoint them or give them doubt. Its scarry knowing after the interview a group of powerful people will be sitting in a room discussing and judging me. Whatever happened to the good ol days of interview for shitty jobs that mean nothing like grocery stores?

Well, I would just treat it like the first interview, only more formal and where you can't just do it in your underwear (assuming the first interview is a phone interview). I mean, it's not like they're not judging you then. You're not talking to these people just to shoot the breeze....

There is definitely a bit more pressure during the second interview, but as you said, you think they like you so in a way, there's less pressure because you don't have to worry about making sure that they think you're a good possible fit.

The first was in person. Phone interviews are a rare occurance.

rember that you are inerviewing them as well, so there is some pressure on them also
