I've been watching Bravo/NBC's Queer Eye for The Straight Guy - what a GREAT show!

And Nip/Tuck on FX is excellent too.

Any other great summer showS?

My roommate and I are obsessed with "Queer Eye for the Straight Guy!" What a funny show it is. I also enjoy "Cupid" on CBS. It was funny to watch these gross, dirty, fat men audition and then get pissed when the ladies don't pick them :)

Queer Eye is so great! The one the other day had this great line. Man's Girlfriend is walking from a station with these big thigh high boots on.
Carson goes: "Oh my GAWD! Where did she get those boots!? Did a hooker in New Jersey die?"

Its a cool show for guys - I don't feel bad about grooming, shopping at the mall, and cooking with my girlfriend.

I can have my own 'coming out' now as well!

YEAHHHHH!!!! GO ME!!!!!!!

See??? That's because you have a girlfriend. Guys without girlfriends wouldn't do that stuff (for the most part) although girls would love a guy that didn't mind doing the stuff you mentioned.

Does anyone watch a show called GOOD DAY LIVE?
It has two women and a man on it. What do you think about it?

Anyways...
I have a SINCERE interest in cooking. I was into it even when I didn't have a girlfriend. How miserable life could be just eating at Carls Jr, that bland, fatty, overpriced food.
A lot of guys I've observed are interested in cooking for the INSINCERE goal of impressing girls - like a lot of the SUBJECTS on Queer Eye - after the Fab Five leave, those guys will NOT cook.

I've been doing it since I moved out to college at 18. I started with basics and have gotten to the level where I can keep up with the Queer Eye Food Guy. But I hate goose pate.

Yeah I don't like guys that feel they need to bring cooking into a convo when they first meet girls. It doesn't impress me. For me, cooking is a necessity, since we need to eat, but I really enjoy making new things and it's kinda relaxing. Something zen-like about chopping veggies, LOL. I think I said this in another thread, but I wouldn't go up to a guy and tell him what I know about fixing cars! LOL
