If so, what did you think? I liked it--I need a new show to watch. Makes me think about the good ol' days of 90210! :D

hahaha! My roommate and I were over at our friends apartment and we turned it on. How horrible! Sorry if you liked it but....Oh My God! But I guess when I was younger and like 90210, people probably thought that show was pathetic too :)

I mean, this is not a show that's going to make me think, but it was nice to watch something new (I never got into Dawsons or Buffy, etc). I miss watching General Hospital and don't know how to tape when I'm not home, so this is something that will fill the gap until the fall TV season starts.

Do you get Bravo? Then you must watch "Queer Eye for the Straight Guy." And then Cupid, which is on CBS. All I can say is AMAZING!

Sadly, no. I do not get Bravo. I don't even have "real" cable--I get CBS, NBC, ABC, FOX, UPN, etc etc. No MTV, VH1, HGTV, E!, etc... How can you people afford cable? If I wanted the channels like MTV, VH1, HGTV, E!, etc, I would pay $50 a month! I pay $12 now and that's fine. I miss a lot of shows that I used to like, but I like the extra $38 in my pocket. :)
I don't really like reality TV and I hate the dating/matchmaking shows (Bachelor, Cupid, etc.) because they are so fake and that's not what love is all about. I do like Blind Date because the people are soooo dumb. It's like Jerry Springer for singles. :p

I watched part of it. I live in Orange County, but not where the rich spoiled kids live though. The show isn't even filmed in Orange County, but in Hermosa Beach in LA. It's pretty lame. But there probably are parts to that show that may be true. Probably more south Orange County. I really wouldn't know because I didn't grow up in Orange County and I have only lived here for less than three years. And... I never thought I'd actually live in Orange County either. I won't go out of my way to watch it, but if I'm home and there's absolutely nothing else to do or watch, I may watch it again.

I watched it! For those of us who don't get cable, **anything** is better than summer reruns!!!

So here's my story:
I go over to my friends apartment and tell him that I am watching OC. Well my roommate wanted to play A$$hole, the card game. So we started playing and drinking and I just lost focus of the show. What happened?

hahahaha...how are you feeling today?
Okay...Ryan and Seth decide to run off b/c Ryan has to go to Family Services. They go to this house that Seth's mom built (she's an architect or something) but it isn't finished, so they know no one will look for them. Marissa sees them running off and she drives them to the house, and helps them get stuff. Sandy and Kirsten have NO idea where the boys are, and they begin frantically searching. Jimmy (Marissa's dad) calls Kirsten and asks for money--they are in the unfinished house when this happens--all the kids are upstairs and Marissa hears everything. Understandably, she's shocked to find out that her dad needs 100K! Kirsten agrees to give the money. Meanwhile, Marissa has been lying to Luke about her whereabouts. He sees M, S, and R at a restaurant and follows them back to the house. Marissa goes inside and wants to stay with Ryan because she'll never see him again. Ryan tells her to leave. Later on, Luke comes back and beats up Ryan when he's alone. They knock over candles, which start a fire. Ryan is unconscious and one of Luke's goons carries him out and leaves him outside the house. Marissa goes home and is upset about everything. Kirsten and Sandy get a call about the house being on fire, Ryan regained consciousness and starts walking, only to be passed on the road by Luke. The two decide not to say anything to the authorities, and Ryan makes Luke bring him back to the Cohen's. The cops are there when they get home, and they arrest Ryan. Luke speaks up that he was there with him and he is also arrested.
That's the show! If I missed anything, feel free to interject.

Thanks! I acutally saw the fire part but my friends kept laughing at how stupid it was so I missed most of the dialouge.

Just to clarify- I think Luke was the one that carried Ryan out of the house. ..and i think they're going to replay the episode again the beginning of next week.

No, it was one of Luke's friends, b/c later on that kid says to Luke, "You know, he was really out of it..." and Luke just looks like him. I don't know, I could be wrong!!!

Interesting...I thought it was Luke and his friend was just pointing out that Ryan was out of it- who knows....
