Any of the celebrity Jeopardy! ones
Mostly any of the skits from the old late 70s and early 80s SNL.
Also anything with Jimmy Fallon and Rachel Dratch doing the Boston accents....she is from my hometown and she makes fun of people I know!!!
Waynes world
Or the NPR ladies when they had Alec Baldwin on
I can't pick one, but here's a bunch:
* Lazy Sunday
* The horny Italian bellboys (Adam Sandler and Rob Schneider--don't recall the 3rd one). They molest Kevin Nealon.
* Sharon Stone and the airport metal detector
* "I'll take 'The Rapists' for $300."
* "...living in a van down by the river!"
* The Linda Richmond sketch where Barbara Streisand shows up. Like buttuh!
EDIT:
How could I forget:
"I've got a fever. And the only prescription. Is more cowbell."

All Celebrity Jeopardy
All the Boston sketches
DEFINITELY the one where Will Ferrell was playing Jesus and he hurts himself and says, "Oh my dad!" instead of "Oh my God!"
The Colonel Angus one...said with a southern accent ;)
Alec Baldwin's Schwety Balls
Opera...maaaaaan!!!!!

A couple that come to mind are "More Cowbell" and Chris Farley and Patrick Swayze competing for a job as a Chippendales dancer. OH and the synchronized swimming piece with Harry Shearer and Martin Short.

Another one was where Will ferrell wears the american flag for underwear and show up for "patriot day" :D
SNL seriously sucks now. It has started to get a bit better though!
Yeah Adam Sandler at the Greek place!
OH and the Phil Hartmann sketches were jokes too. RIP :(

"If it mc comes from where I mc think it does....I don't want to mc eat it!"
"Count Chocola....I mean, are we supposed to be afraid of this guy?"
"Who are the ad wizards that came up with that one?"
"Oprah. She's fat, she's thin, she's fat, she's thin.... I mean, pick a body and go with it!"
"Grape nuts. You open it up, no grapes, no nuts......what's the deal?"

My other fave is when Lucy Lawless played Stevie Nicks, at her "fajita round-up" restaurant.
"Now here you go again, you said, you want burr-i-tos..." I sing that line whenever I hear that song!
I also like Will Ferrell as George Bush. Classic stuff.

One of my favorites was Janet Reno's Dance Party, the time they got the REAL Janet Reno to come on and she and Will Ferrell were standing there next to each other in their blue dresses - hilarious!
I also love a lot of the commercials. One from way back that I thought was great was the one for the Adobe Car. :)

I loved the cowboy skit.
Also the Spartan cheerleaders and the mom/dad duet with Will and Ana.
I also loved the 7 Degrees Celsius skits back when I was boyband crazy.

I loved the first "Debbie Downer" skit when Lindsey Lohan was the host and they were a family at Disney World.
Back in the day, I loved the first time Garth Brooks hosted and they did the "Old French Whore" gameshow.

Toonces The Driving Cat
Oh, I love Toonces the Driving Cat! My husband's family adopted a stray cat once that was the spitting image of the Toonces on SNL, so that's what they named him! Their Toonces was around for a good 15 years or so - he just recently passed away. :( I am not usually a cat person, but I loved that Toonces, he was the nicest cat.

I have to admit, I thought the skit where they made Derek Jeter Soriano's wife and sat him in the stands was awesome -- especially when David Cone and David Wells showed up as groupies. Great sketch.

Maybe it's my German roots, but I was always a big fan of "Sprockets" with Mike Myers as Deiter. Even if the rest of the sketch was bad, you could always look forward to "Now is the time on Sprockets ven ve dance!"

I loved that one because it reminded me of my my brother! I'm not sure if Myers always wore the "child harness" in every skit, but there was one where he was in the harness and tied like a dog to a jungle gym. My brother lived in his child harness until he was 5 or so.
I also liked when Myers did Simon. "Well you know my name is Simon, and I like to do drarwings."

Oh my God, I remember seeing that the first time when he got ultra-hyper at the end and uprooted the jungle gym and started running down the street towing it behind him, I almost peed myself.

I dont think I've watched nearly enough SNL but some of my faves were "More Cowbell," Spartans, & Schwetti Balls.
I forgot...the Roxbury guys with Jim Carrey KILL me everytime I watch it.
Darrell Hammond as Bill Clinton is the best! His impersonations were always amazing.

Debbie Downer is usually pretty funny...I pretty much love the ones when they crack up while trying to get through it. One reason I love the Christmas song skits and the More Cowbell one too!
By the way, SNL skits are now available through iTunes! Though it's pretty expensive to buy a whole "Best Of" show...

More Cowbell! I loved that sketch, actually Will Ferrell's stuff always cracked me up. I mean, even little things like the dinner scene when Sarah Michelle Gellar was hosting and the family is at dinner and fighting and he just yells out "I have a Dodge Stratus!"
For some reason, that cracks me up to this day.

i have to say i'm a big fan of impersonations. dana carvey as senior bush. will ferrell as junior bush. hartman and hammond were/are EXCELLENT!!!
one of my favorite skits is the one with chris kattan and will ferrell i think it was...dancing to haddaway's "baby don't hurt me." LOL!!! hysterical! and the other one with britney dancing.
love the "van down by the river" and lots more from the 90s. i'm sure there was lots of good stuff in the 80s too. haven't gotten around to seeing it.
is there some sort of curse at SNL? so many of them have died an untimely death :(
