I am watching a Lifetime movie right now called "I posed for Playboy" about a mom and an Ivy League college student who did it. So what about you? Would you ever consider doing this?

I think that it is a cool fantasy thought, however, I am too well-known in my career and the area, it would never be a good thing because of that.

I have an ex g/f that was in a mag that is not playboy, perfect 10 or penthouse. A girl that works at great american bagel in my town was in playboy.

I don't like having naked pics taken of me by boyfriends; I wouldn't have any posted in a magazine. I'd be too embarassed, not to mention the fact that I don't think I'm NEARLY hot enough to qualify for that sort of photo shoot.

I would have no problem with it. I know I'm nowhere near the physique to get into any sort of porno. I'm built like a lumberjack, so I doubt there are too many ladies who want to see a hairy 300lb beast posed like a pinup.
I've taken pics/video of exes and I in different situations and have never had a problem watching/looking at them. One ex and I actually considered submitting some of our better ones to an amateur site that lets other users rank em. It didnt' happen, mostly because she lost her fucking mind and I ended up breaking it off (and giving her the destroyed copies of the media).

If the money was right, I would.

Exactly! hehe!
Are we talking Playboy or some really nasty magazine? I'd be EXTREMELY shocked if I were asked to pose nude! hehe! Maybe Hef can come out with Playboy the chubby version?

No. Would never get asked. And would be too shy/embarassed...

Um, I highly doubt anyone would want to buy a mag with nude pics of ME in it.

I'd like to do one of those underwear ads...'cept I wouldnt get that "assistance" that those other guys are clearly getting. Actually I'd get a pair that was way too big so there'd be no bulge. And on the front, in really large print, "It's ALL Me!" Somethin like that.

I'm pretty sure no magazine would want me posing nude.
In any case, if the number of comments I get from people just for having a DATING profile up is any indication, I can't imagine the crap I'd have to deal with if I posed nude someplace. Such is small town life.

10 years ago I might have entertained the thought.
I used to see women posing submissively and /or seductively in magazines and think "how glamourous". Now I think "is that all they have to offer? How sad." I see the "degrading" part much more clearly now.
But...I think posing suggestively, in a tongue-in-cheek way, for a charity calendar for example, could be fun.

Probably not....
I would have no problems with being nude, having pictures taken, or having some people see them. Actually, that has happened. A friend of mine took nude pictures of me for an art project that she was doing on bodyscapes for her undergrad final project. Wow, I just realize how cool it is that she turned my naked body into a piece of artwork. Sweet.
But I wouldn't want pictures of me published in a magazine where people would be masturbating to my picture. NO WAY.

Sophisticated art is one thing, crappy mags are another. In my opinion. It's a matter of class.

This reminds me of the episode of SATC where Samantha got her nude pics taken.

I was thinking about this (why, I don't know, since as I've mentioned, there's really no danger of pornographers beating my door down and paparazzi-stalking me), but since I have been and plan to continue to be involved with kids professionally, I don't think I'd take the risk of having nudie pics of me floating around out there. Whether or not it should matter, it certainly could.

I pose nude all the time. My neighbors are starting to get pissed. :p
Seriously, more power to those who do it. I just wouldn't want to be known as "the person who posed in that magazine" for the rest of my life. That's who you are after doing it. You could be an oncologist on the brink of a cure for cancer, but if you were Miss February 2004 that is how people will define you.

To me, a nude pic is a nude pic. What makes a nude pic classier than any other?

To me, a nude pic is a nude pic. What makes a nude pic classier than any other? In pornography, the line between classy and not classy usually depends on whether or not penetration (of any sort and with any object) is depicted. The lone exception to this rule would be any photo in which the phrase, "Oh my God, you can see her kidneys!" might be used to describe the woman's pose.

Public perception.
If I was a nude model for a life-drawing class in college, I'm not likely to lose a shot at a job as a preschool teacher over it. If there are pictures of me oiled up and wearing leather garter belts in Hustler, I might.
I'm not saying one SHOULD be viewed differently than the other or not. But it would be.

In a few years, you are going to look different. Plus, your real name doesn't get attachd to your pictures the large majority of the time. I know what it's like being in a small town though. If your neighbors, friends or family saw the pictures, they wouldn't forget.

Small towns don't forget. One of my mother's friends is in her late forties now. When she was 16, she was a hot number...back in the days of Convoy and CB radios being like today's IM/chat, she used to cruise around with her friends flirting with truckers on the radio. Screwing around one night, she had an accident and both of her girlfriends riding with her were killed. To THIS DAY, it's the first thing people bring up when her name is mentioned. She tried to open several businesses as an adult, and was boycotted.
Obviously, it's not the same sort of thing. But, yeah. Get notoriety for anything scandalous (be it tragic-scandalous or just lascivious-scandalous), and that's it.

I would like to be a Suicide Girl. I looked into it, and I love the site and the girls, but I probably will never do it. However, there's the possibility of the boss finding out, and all that. (Thank God mine is happily married with many lovely children!)
On the other hand, though, the boss would have to explain what he was DOING on that site in the first place. Heh! :D

Eh, I'd do it. No doubt.
