New E3 Visa for Aussies.

There's a new visa just for Aussies to work in the USA, I think you just need a letter of offer from a comp? .. Im working on one to get to Chicago, but really want to go to Cali as my cousins live there..

Does anyone know any way I could find companies that actually sponsors there?? Or has anyone been through this process already??.. thanks.

I did Bunac for Australia about 4 years ago. I also did it for the UK after college.
