I would imagine they don't get paid very much, but I'm just curious.
I'm specifically interested in how much pastry chefs/bakers make, but any and all information is appreciated.

Depends on the restaurant. An Executive Pastry Chef in a high end restaurant in a big city can make up to 100,000 or more. A line cook in a small time place working in the pastry department could make as little as 30,000, or hourly something like 9 or 10 an hour.

A good pastry chef can make around 90k but thats with time in the field. There's an article in the Chicago Suntimes about chefs/cooks and pay from last sunday. It still should be free.
