One thing that comes to mind...What frigging seventeen year old girl starts a fight with a fourteen year old boy, anyway?

Totally a valid concern. My brother could have wound up dead, when he and some high school classmates were filming a movie for extra credit for English class, in somebody's back yard. One of their props was a pellet gun, and somebody called the police, who then came and slammed my brother up against the car, and put a loaded gun to his head.
