House Humping

My boyfriend was showing me the new GQ and it had an article on House Humping. This is when two people go to an open house and have sex or some kind of sex act. I have never done this, but a good friend of mine was telling me that she and her fiancee went to an open house and got turned on and did it in a closet. They didn't get caught but were almost caught.

Anyone ever hear of this, do this or know of people who have?

1. You hump in a house. (Everyone on the board has probably done this).

2. You hump the house. (As in, go to the house and make love to, say, the vinyl siding. I hope no one has done this.

I think Option 2 is the only one that makes sense. Or else we'd have to designate all humping activity by location. Disneyland Humping. Parking Lot Humping. Toyota Camry Humping...I think it would be only right to say the make/model of the car rather than just car.

I agree. I find the concept of having sex at an open house extremely offensive. First of all, as someone else mentioned, it's not YOUR house. You were not expressly invited by the owners, more than likely. "House humping" sounds terribly rude.

Well we were talking about this at work and one guy I work with said him and his wife have done this 6 times. Three times in closets, once in a laundry room, once in a pantry and one in a garage on the hood of the home owner's car. He said they go house humping because they find a thrill in not knowing the owner and thinking they can be caught at any moment by a realtor or another potential buyer. He said that he heard about it from his brother in Seattle who said that House Humping started out there. (This was in the GQ piece, which also said it is growing on the West Coast.) He said him and his wife thought they'd try it as something new to do. Now they try to go house humping every couple of months.

I also called my friend who went house humping once with her fiance. She said they did it for a thrill and because they were turned on by the whole open house. She didn't explain what exactly turned them on.....she just said that the open house just got them in the mood. She told me that they planned on going this weekend.

But, really...couldn't you extend that to any public place? Why open houses? Why not restrooms in department stores, parking lots of restaurants, broom closets in hotels, etc.

I wanted to give an update on my friend who goes house humping with her fiance and my co-worker who goes house humping with his wife. Both couples went this weekend.

The guy I work with and his wife found a good open house and had sex in a closet upstairs. He said they could hear people outside the closet door. My friend said she and her fiance decided to go it at the third open house they went to. Apparently the first two open houses didn't get them in the mood, but the features of the third house turned them on. They went to an upstairs closet and when they opened the door they found another couple having sex. The people inside stopped told them the closet was taken and that friends of theirs downstairs (who were keeping hte realtor busy) had it next and they had to find a new place. hey, I was doing a google search on house humping and found this forum. Glad to see there are some like-minded souls here. That's a pretty crazy story about all those couples in one house. My GF and I try to do it once a week, but it sometimes takes two or three houses to get in the mood and find a big enough house with a busy enough realtor but not so busy that we're likely to get interrupted. Guest bedroom closets are usually a sure bet. Also, for those of you in myspace, I wanted to let you know about a new house humping group. just do a group search for "house humping"

Anywhere! Campus is huge. Most buildings are open 24/7. You could just do it on the lawn of old main, hell nobody would catch you - my buddy testified to this one! I heard they've been putting in very tiny surveilance cams though... so, its not happening so much anymore!

True story out of Maple Heights Campground (http://www.northerndestinations.com/mapleheightscampground/) in Lakewood, Wisconsin.
