Single Girlfriends

Okay I'm terribly frusterated right now with the fact that I don't have a SINGLE - single girlfriend. My 3 best friends are married and 2 have kids... while I don't consider the "bar-hopping" scene for me... I feel like I have to be out there doing it at this point to meet some guys and well LIVE... sometimes I feel so "old" in that I'm NOT living it up. :p

Anyway... ideas for making single girlfriends and not coming off like I'm trying to "hook up" with them - not that there's anything wrong with that... :p

I've met all of my girl friends through things like choir, ultimate frisbee, and yoga. Just go do stuff and strike up a conversation like you would with a guy. If you have something in common, make plans to hang out.

ANd there's nothin' wrong with married friends. It happens.
