OK, I know it's Springtime and all, but it's Springtime in NY. It is only 40 and 50 degrees here, and colder in the morning usually. Lately I've been seeing women in capris and flip flops and sandals and even tank tops walking around. WTF is up with people? Is it just me who finds this bizarre? I don't think they are tourists either...........

In the mornings I am still wearing a coat and scarf and these girls I see on my way to work in mini jean skirts and their ugg boots. I mean total leg exposure and here I am bundled up....Oh I am in New England by the way :)

I see it here in Baltimore too. We had five days about two weeks ago where it was in the 70's and 80's and now its back to 55 and people must still think its 75 or something.

Maybe it's because I live further north, but when it hits 45 I'm ready for shorts. :D

I have to fight the temptation to do that every year because I want it to be warm soooo bad I'll try to will myself to act like it's warm when it's 55. Doesn't work.
