GRE or MAT?

So I have finally decided to start the application process for graduate school. All the programs/schools I am interested in give me the choice of taking the GRE or MAT.

I'm better at verbal than math. Which is the better choice?

If you have good verbal skill the MAT is really easy, I was done in 20 minutes and scored a 99.

The GRE now has an essay section along with the typical verbal section. If you're better at verbal, the GRE may be the way to go.
