Hi friends:
Anyone of you have experienced this kind of situation before? If so, what did u deal with these?
We're friend. She just graduated this year. I graduated last year, and I started working with the company since last year. I have 9 months experience on the direct field of work. The same company hired us to work in the same dept. But her position is under my supervision, not directly but more likely. When she knows I will be working for that position, she said she will ask her boss to change her job title, if boss didn't change for her, she will quit that job. Until now she didn't quit yet, and her job title still same but her duties are changed. Unfortunately, our direct supervisor knows her friend because her close friend is her friend also. She's close to the boss more than I do. My job title is above her, but it seems like I do her jobs. And she's working on the project which should be my assignments. I study on my job description with HR dept before I made dicision to accept this job. I smell something that not really good happen in my dept. I don't know how I should deal with this situation. Any idea?
