A whole bunch of celebs claimed baby Suri was the most beautiful baby they had ever seen - well they must not have seen very many babies, because she would not even make my Top 50 baby list.

She does apparently have a membership in the hair club for babies, hioly crap what freakish looking salad.

by the way, i think most of the celebs that made that statement were coincidentallly Scientologists......what are the odds.

I think she looks pretty much like a normal baby. I had a ton of hair like that when I was a baby, too. I had to stay in the hospital for about a week after I was born, because there was a blizzard and I was premature, and my mom talks about how the nurses would have fun styling my hair before they'd bring me in to her.

many babies don't look like real people yet. give it some time and maybe this baby will turn into one.

With Tom as his dad? No chance of this kid ever being normal.

i have to agree with the people who said she's beautiful. she looks like a pretty baby to me, and as for the hair...for some reason a lot of times when both parents have dark hair, the baby will have a full head of hair when they're born...i did for sure.

She is a cute baby. I'm kind of feeling for her because of who her father is but nonetheless she is as pretyy as baby could be.

And for god's sake, take it easy on the baby just because you may not be a fan of the parents.

That's what I think...leave the baby alone. That said, the baby should not be celebrated yet either...we don't know if it is going to turn out good or bad...it has yet to prove itself.

I think the celebrity baby stuff is pretty amusing...these are more like commodities than little humans.

Baby Suri is adorable. She looks like her mom (thank goodness!) And yes she has a lot of hair. Also we're seeing pictures of her at four months as opposed to Brangelina's baby we saw just days after she was born.

Most babies are cute. It's not their fault that they can't pick their parents.

now that paris has annouced that she will be celibate for the next year (i am assuming that PAris wil also hold a news conference to annouce that she is back in the game, or had the wood put to her a few nights previous - but that is an aside), the time is right for some new "it" girl to step forward and carry the tourch - ladies and gentlemen I give you Suri Holmes-Cruise.......

Re: babies with a full head of hair

One of my youngest cousins was born with a full head of jet black hair - and white tips. It seriously looked like my aunt and uncle had bleached her hair on the tips. To make it even more ridiculous, it stood straight up almost all the time (I guess it was just extra-wispy or something) - the pictures of her as an infant are utterly hysterical.

I can only wait until she starts dating; my uncle says he plans on having several of these stellar pictures blown up and hung on the walls. He's a great guy, but I'm glad I'm his niece and not his daughter.

As for the hair thing, all us kids in my family were born with hair, but not quite that much, lol, she does look like she's wearing a wig, poor kid.

She's a BABY...everybody looks a little wierd when they are a baby...I looked like Buddy Hackett when I was a born (thick hair)...

You'd think this kid was Jesus or something with all the fawning...

Add: I just saw the picture...I had WAY more hair then her when I was born. I was a hairy mess...the doctor pulled me out and said "That's a one spicy meatball!"

i still think the baby is some type of robot or andriod, and that hair is really some type of a space age polymner. anyways she will most likely be ruling us by the year 2028................

Oh, I so agree. The baby is cute and I'm sure she's a joy to her parents. I feel so bad for her, though, that Katie and Tom are the parents...that poor kid didn't have a chance of being normal.
I think it's sad we live in a world where top headlines are dedicated to a baby's first pictures. I won't lie, I browse through the weekly magazines with these stories, but when it comes down to it, I really couldn't care less about seeing the pictures of this baby.

Paris arrested for DUI?

Movie industry sucks and can't make an original film?

I think that especially at a younger age, responsible parents would try and shelter their kids from some of the wild craziness of hollywood life. Just my opinion not being a celebrity. And notice that not all celebrity parents put their kids in this type of position. But then others almost seem to exploit the children in order to get their own press. Its crazy enough, IMO, that we cover celebrities so much and are in their faces 24/7 let alone their kids.

I mean, for People and USWeekly and all, of course that'll be a cover story. I'm talking about venues for hard news, and I see this. Vanity Fair is a magazine, and I think it's fitting for it to run a cover with Katie/Tom/Suri. I just don't care to read about it on every news site I browse during the day. "First photos!" "She's real!" "Everyone buy the new Vanity Fair because it has a 22-page spread of this child!"
Give me a break.

Lol. That was my parents' nickname for me when I was born. My ears were floppy, because the cartilage hadn't yet formed in them, and I was bald until I was two. My head looked perpetually too big for my body. I really was an ugly baby

Yeah. I don't think Suri is cute but I think as babies reach the 7-8 month is when they hit their "cuteness" stride anyway. Especially as newborns they look like alien babies, mostly. This, of course, is solely my opinion and as I have no kids, I don't know what it's like to look at a newborn that's mine and think its the most beautiful thing in the world.
Then again that doesn't happen to everyone. One of my exes used to tell me that when he was born, his father said, "That's not my son, it's a gorilla." I think he had a big old head of hair like Suri too...
Anyhow, Suri, imo, not cute, but also imo, the majority of 4 month old babies, not cute.

My mom is lily white, as were her parents, and many times strangers would just assume that my grandparents had adopted her. My grandmother got really perturbed when people would ask her about the adoption, since she had carried my mom. In my mom's baby pictures, she does look asian.
