I'm bummed! Its going to rain here all day. I was planning on going mountain biking this afternoon! Guess now I am stuck inside cleaning my house...

What is on everyone else's agenda for today? Anything fun?

Ha, I know. I was hoping to maybe go on a hike or apple picking...BUT looks like I'm headed to Target and Michael's (the craft store) and then C is coming over around noon and we have an appointment to look at an apartment at 1. After that is anyone's guess.

I feel sort of yucky today too--sinus issues.

Actually, today is the first time I don't mind the rain. I have absolutely nothing I have to do for once, so I am still in my pj's just planning to lounge all day. I actually have a couple of magazines with some really yummy-sounding recipes, so I am going to make a grocery list and maybe go grocery shopping later. My car is in the repair shop so I am kinda stranded in my area anyways..........(M's at work). He did mention maybe going to this bar later with a couple of his customers we are also friend's with.

Ugh! I just checked the weather--it's going to rain ALL DAY LONG. I thought it was only supposed to be rainy in the morning! Tomorrow there's going to be thunderstorms and rain all day.

WTF????? LOL

Really? That sucks. I was hoping to go for a few-mile walk down the beach at some point this weekend.

It's going to be a rainy weekend here also. :-)
Too bad the rain couldnt have came last weekend...the Bloomsburg Fair starts this weekend so Bloomsburg will be swamped with fair fans for the next week. I have a friend coming to visit this afternoon but other than that I will probably just lounge, read, maybe watch a movie!

A rainy day here too. Better than yesterday; had a tornado not far from here, and the power was out at my house for three hours. ;)

Have to take my Conestoga to the smithy for an oil change. Got to buy some stuff for work; I hate dress codes. Need a haircut, too. I'm kind of wanting to take a drive down through the hills today, I'm undecided so far.

I'm disappointed at all the rain too :(. I stole my dad's clubs yesterday to go to the drivingt range, and I was going to go again before I brought them back. Not really feeling the whole stand out in the rain thing, and I don't feel like driving all the way to the one place around here that has relatively covered driving tees.

If I wasn't trying to move furniture into the new apartment, I wouldn't mind the rain. Needless to say I'm not loving it right now. I'm going to try and take care of as much as I can indoors and just find a window of time to move furniture in.

No rain here. Just beautiful weather this time of the year. It's still in the 90s for the highs during the day, but the mornings and evenings are in the high 60s/low 70s and it's great!

I cant's wait until the 90-degree temps go away. And it might be an El Nino year, so we might actually get a lot of rain this winter. The summer monsoon was really cool this year too.

Thanks for reminding me how perfect Arizona is this time of year.

It is raining here too. But, I really need to clean my apartment, so I'm kind of glad. I went mountain biking last weekend, so next weekend there will just be a little more mud.

We have rain here too....for the 10th day in a row or something like that.

I've got the coffee date in about an hourish then I need to go looking for digital cameras (finally!) and then probably do some work.... fairly relaxing all around. :D

maybe i'm a masochist... but i love the rain! it gives me an excuse to get things done around the house and then curl up with some tea and a book. it sucks when you have plans that are ruined though

I just got back from the grocery store! And it has stopped raining, but is just overcast outside. Since it's pretty warm out I think I am going to throw on flip-flops and go get a pedicure. My feets are pretty sorry-looking right now.

It's rainy here, too.

I'm nursing a bad cold, recuperating from outpatient surgery which necessitated my sleeping on my back last night (i.e. not much at all) and cleaning my house. Tonight I'll go out to dinner with friends.

is it raining EVERYWHERE in the free world?

I doubt anyone is having a less exciting weekend than me. I am finishing my thesis. finally. To those of you who just thought, for a second, "hey that's not necessarily boring..." give your damn head a shake. What I wouldn't give to read People magazine..... and make soup this weekend. Simple, non-academic things.. *sigh*

this board is my procrastination splurge.

ok, guilt's reached it's pinnacle - i'm off.
