Am I the last guy on earth to hear about this kid? I saw him featured on the news last night, and anytime you hear about an internet phenomenon on the news you can be guarateed your not in the know.
Anyway, some nerdy high school kid (many of us were) videotaped himself doing a jedi lightsaber fight using a golfball retriever. Some mean kids at school found it and posted it on the internet in true mean kid style. He's become an internet icon, like the dancing baby.
The news story said he's suffered some psychological trauma, changed schools, sees a shrink. I guess his folks are suing the four boys who posted it on the web. I feel bad for the kid, but the video is kind of funny. You don;t know whether to laugh or cry. You kind of fall in love with the poor guy because though he's incredibly goofy, you can relate. Theres a petition to get him in the next starwars movie.
