Just want some opinions....been dating a guy for two years, we've started to talk about getting married, but that doesn't mean we will do it tomorrow...What are some day to day conversations that couples are having around this time in a relationship? What information should you know about each other by now???

3. Views on money
4. If yes to Q2, how will they be raised?
5. Buy or Rent?

I think those are some of the most pressing questions/discussions you will have. There might be more but that's all I can think of for the time being.

Well, here's some stuff I'd like to know before I get married:

1) the current state of each person's finances
2) the idea of how funds will be arranged post marriage (his? hers? joint? all of the above?)
3) children: do both people even want them? how many?
4) general ideas for how to raise said children?
5) careers
6) family issues
7) religion & religiosity
8) how do you fight? fair? unfair?

I'm sure there are more things, but this is a start.
