My boss is coming back to work on Monday and I am feeling a bit nervous. She's been gone for over two weeks and who knows what her minion will report back to her. While the boss was away I did have two incidents with the minion that I think were not the best move in my part. If you have been reading my posts, then you probably know what they were all about. Both incidents were not major but those were moments of 'defiance’. The minion was a bit on the bossy side telling us what to do and in both of those cases I choose to be a bit difficult with her. There was no need for her to tell me what to do esp. because the boss said there was no one in charge. Nowhere in that email was there any indication that she was in charge. In any case…I feel like things may be a little rocky, and I have applied to other jobs to be on the safe side. Should I have a reason to be nervous? Can those incidents hurt my job?
