Wow, I have a new boyfriend! Since I've always been a little bit "different" it's hard for me to find people I have a lot in common with and who get me. Well, we really do seem to get each other.

Problem is that I start to get anxious once I start revealing my true self to someone else...I'm afraid to do or say the wrong thing or reveal a less-than-perfect (a nice way to put it) part of my personality. Can anyone relate?

Sooner or later, our "real personalities" are always going to come out, and that person needs to either accept us for who we are, or, move on. And if we don't let our real selves come out.........well, then.......that probably means we are being fake to just have someone to avoid being alone and that's never good.

P.S. NOBODY is perfect. NO ONE.

He is probably pretty weird inside too - dont worry about him judging you! you have to take these risks to get to the good stuff.

Just curious - how are you "different"?

Then you're just "practically perfect in ever way" but not actually perfect in every way.

Just reveal yourself little by little.

you may want to rethink this as in my mind mary poppins exudes no sexual vibes at all and in fact i would not be surprised if she was asexual.
