Are the support groups working?

Are the support groups in the different cities working? I'm planning on moving back to the states from Hong Kong and curious to see how the groups work. I've lived in HK for a year and have been recently married. I'm getting the jitters and want to take a step back. My husband thinks it's a great idea since I've never lived an independent life (I lived with my parents till I was 22 and right after, lived with my boyfriend). I'm taking this step back to see how I do on my own and to find out what I want to do in life. I'm not ready for a big career and am not ready to settle down.

Wow, good for you, thats great that you are taking this chance (if you haven't already this post is kind of old). I have no idea if the support groups are working, but good luck with your move, I have been with a girlfriend all my life too, and I broke up with my last girlfriend right before I moved across the country. I have been single since I got to L.A. and being alone is strange, but fun also. Good luck with your move!
