just wondering what was the longest amount of time you waited to reply to someone who sent you an email/flirt through a personals ad? days....weeks..etc

I have a personal ad and everyone that I sent a flirt/message to has not replied yet and it has been a few days or almost a week in some cases. I know that these people have been online since it shows when they were active. I'm wondering if I should just forget about those guys. But my friend said that it took one guy almost 2 months to reply to her because he was worried about the age difference.....so what is the longest time you waited to reply back? Did you chat or date several people and if it didn't work out move on to others that had replied to you earlier? Thanks for your help!

If it's been a few days, or if they've been online since you "winked" or whatever, then it's most likely a lost cause, move on. In my experience if someone's going to respond to you, it happens pretty quickly.

I completely agree. I've winked a handful of guys on match and one replied back that he wasn't interested (which was fine by me) while the others never replied at all. And that to me means the same thing.

If some guy winks at me and I'm interested or not, I'll reply back as soon as I can.
