My bf back in college had this. He didn't have any positive male role models in his life, and was raised by a mother who hated men, so he never wanted to become one.

I think many people have trouble growing up to a certain extent, but the actual "Peter Pan Syndrome" is more serious than just not wanting to get old.

Yep, I got it, but not in the sense that I can't handle paying bills or performing other important adult tasks. I look at it as more of a "carpe diem" or "free spirit" feeling because I'm in my 20s and enjoying life on my own. And then there are some days when I just act like a kid (i.e. going on the swings in a park, eating ice cream and spoiling my appetite, having snowball or waterballoon fights with friends, pulling harmless pranks on friends...that kind of stuff.
