What do you do when you get told on all the time at work? I have someone who's been telling on me at work about the dumbest things. I'm not perfect, I get it. I think my supervisors realize this too, thank god. But I'm afraid if I don't do my best to be perfect all the time, this chick is gonna get me fired. And I'm not the only one who's not perfect at work, I can bet most of us aren't.

The worst part is, the person who I'm 90% sure is telling on me is treated like a god who can do nothing wrong. Granted, I probably asked for a bit of it when I called her out on some of her crap (which she someone always managed to turn on me so I looked like the bad person...most of the time I just was asking about certain things anyway), but this is getting nuts.

Even at my last job when I was stuggling to keep my head above water, I never got told on....

I am an advocate of maintaining the high road - regardless of other's behavior. In this case, I would go to the supervisor and say "So and so keeps reporting everything I do wrong. I am not perfect, nor is anyone else here. I do make mistakes, but it makes my job that much more difficult when someone is scrutinizing my every move. If my mistakes are that big of an issue, I'd like to know it, otherwise, I would appreciate some freedom to do my job without having to worry about someone looking over my shoulder."
