Ouch! I think I may have carpal tunnel. My right hand is a bit numb and now I am getting a slight pain up my right arm. Is my hand going to fall off? ha. OUCH!:cry: :0

I think I'm getting that other kind of carpal tunnel on the outside of your hand. My left pinky and ring finger tingle and feel like they're gonna fall asleep sometimes, and it hurts up into my shoulder. It goes in spurts though.

I'm surprised more people don't have carpal tunnel though, with how much we use computers.

My sister's BF had to get surgery on both of his hands for his carpel tunnel. He didn't get both hands operated on at the same time though. He had the operations about a couple months apart.

I'm not really sure. But it took a couple of weeks to recover which is why he didn't do both hands at the same time.

From what my sister described, they basically operated just below the palm area. I'm not sure what they did to make the CTS go away or whatever.

I had that for about a month. I wore a brace while typing to keep the wrist in the proper position. I bought ergo keybad and mouse dealies too to keep my wrists elevated. It went away and I haven't had a problem.
