Surprise party for Dad!

Despite her wavering, my mom is throwing a surprise party for my dad next Saturday night (I'm driving back with the kitten on Friday night). My job is to distract my dad for a sufficient number of hours on Saturday afternoon/early evening so that my mom can execute the necessary things (cooking, etc etc).

Any suggestions on Dad-distracting activities? We'll be in Pittsburgh, the party's set to kick off at 7 pm, and unfortunately...there's no hockey game I can take him to, since the Pens are playing Philly IN Philly.

Any errands that need to get run? You two could catch a movie? Browse through a bookstore? Is there a museum in the area he'd be interested in checking out (or at least would go with you to)?
