Hi all,
I just moved back to Houston after a post-college stint out in San Francisco. I'm dealing with all the QLC problems (living with parents and contemplating grad school etc) but it helps to know other people are too. Is anyone else in the Houston area? Or does every Texan between 21 and 30 live in Austin? That's the only thing that bothers me about Houston, it's hard to meet anyone under 35.
If you're in the area and feel like chatting drop me a line...

Yep, I'm in Houston too (for now). What's this support group thing all about? I mean, do people just get together, stand in a circle and take turns venting their QLC promlems? I'm 27 by the way.....

I'm a 23-year old law student living in Houston, and I would be very interested in starting a QLC group here. I need all the help I can get going through this time in my life! Anyone have any ideas?

I'm a Houstonian and an Aggie! I would love to start a group here. I have sweetgirls IM address, so I could contact her and see if she'd like to be involved. I guess all we need to do is figure out a place and time to meet. You can click into my profile to e-mail me directly or let me know via the board and we'll get in touch and try to start something!

Yippee, another Aggie!! I love finding other Ags in Houston! My boyfriend is also a huge Ag, he graduated in '00 (class of '99) and I graduated in '01. Alright guys, let's do this! My screenname for AIM is also princessaggie01, so anyone who would like to start a group (we could at least meet for coffee or something!), please IM me and maybe we can get something going.

I am in Houston too and would love to get together for a support meeting. i am 28 and living at home after a divorce. Life can be tough at times, it makes it easier to know there are others who are in ths same boat!

Hi guys,
Are ya'll still interested in starting a support group? I was just reading about the two girls in Denver who were featured in the Denver Post for starting their group - maybe we could be semi-famous if we get this going, heehee! I really am still interested in getting together with people though just to talk and vent about stuff. My friends are great and I love them, but it seems like nobody else that I know (that's not true...my best friend would be interested in doing this too!) really and truly empathizes with what I'm going through. Where does everyone live so maybe we can go ahead and pick a tentative date and a place that's not too far? I live in the Galleria area behind Highland Village.

I am still very interested in a support group. I live in NW Houston, but I am very familiar with the Galleria area.
