Big mistake!

I moved out of State to attend College. I'm living with two roommates.
However the apartments have roaches in them. Plus One of the roommates is dirty. Also we have a plumbing problem which will not be fix until today !
Then the doors locks are missed up. and the keys the landlord give me did not fit !

What could i do to fix this !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i) For roaches, get a spray (like Raid) and lots of roach traps. Make sure no food is left lying around.
ii) Roommate - just how dirty are we talking?
iii) Plumbing - wait till the end of the day?
iv) Ask landlord to give you a new set or head to walmart with your roommate's key and make a copy or is this a key to your room? How are the doors messed up?

Yikes I hate roaches, the best part of living in cold temperatures is I don't have to deal with insects as much. But I heard one side effect of global warming is that roaches will take over.
