Alright, we have tried before, going to try again.....

Who in Boston wants to meet up. I suggested this Thursday February 8th because there is a GREAT charity Event going on that needs support, and its IN Boston which should make it easy for most via the T, cab, car etc.

GoodLife Bar
28 Kingston St.
Boston, MA

DJs : Sleazy McQueen (Brooklyn), Atnarko (Orlando, FL)

NO COVER
10p-2a

We will be helping to promote for the National Down Syndrome Society. Pamphlets will be available for people to find out how they can help. I am working on getting information on the other oganization at the moment and will update it as it becomes available.

Funny thing is that this is about a block from where I work (although it reminds me of my boss, unfortunately, since it's her favorite restaurant). I will be in town that late since I am going up to Cambridgeside. But I don't know how long I will be over there.

Its at the bar downstairs, the resturant is upstairs (though on Saturday nights they clear out the tables for the most part and let people wander)

I should be there 10 - 2, so if you're at Cambridgeside late....no worries, Im at the bar till close.

its 10pm on a Thursday....which means only 8 hours of work the following day, and its a Friday.
I dont do it often, but when I do I make sure to leave my house so I can come home and literally crawl into bed (pick out clothes for Friday, hang up my towel over the shower railing in the bathroom etc, make my lunch the night before---also put together breakfast to just grab)

Then I can sleep as late as possible and still get to work mostly together. Make sure to have juice and protein for breakfast....good to go! =)

Plus Im not planning on having many drinks.

So up to you.

I might show up depending on what happens in Cambridge...it's on my way home. I can't stay that late because I rely on the insufferable 'T'.

How long of a cab ride from the city are you? Typically I can get to Newton for $30 (typically split)

This is why I could NEVER EVER not have a car, unless of course they say kept the T operating until 4am so that people could actually get home after the bars. Until then, keeping the car.

I am down in Quincy, so that would be $40 or so...which is a lot of money for one person.

I have a car, but I *never* drive into boston, and I only drive into Cambridge on Sundays, and even then, only when I am not going to Harvard Square. Otherwise, I unfortunately rely on the 'T'.
