WTF!? It looks like Britney is having her own quarterlife crisis. She doesn't even know who she is anymore. I was hoping she would have a comeback this year, but they way things are looking lately, I doubt it. It makes me kind of sad because I have always liked her, up until recently when she stopped being a leader and started becoming a follower. :rolleyes:

I'm confused about the details.

In the article someone said she came in with a hood on but they hadn't noticed the bald head. But in the attached pic, she is seen clearly shaving her head. So did she come in with a shaved head or did she shave it at the tattoo parlor and if the latter, why didn't they say she did.

And then, why the shaved head? My best guess: possibly trying to revamp her career by going all punk/goth/hardcore ala Christina Aguilera.

Who knows.

Lots rumours on dlisted, where I frequent for my escapist celebrity goss.

Supposedly she shaved it to get by a hair test for drugs for the paternity suit of the kids

Also that she was covered in Nyquil stains and apparently (according to someone on there) Nyquil is used to sleep after a coke binge.

Man, whatever it is, its pretty nasty- where are her parents then?

i shaved my head once. BFD. it was very freeing when i did it, and i'd do it again if i felt the urge. i'm certainly no britney spears, but whatev.

i don't see why ppl are freaking out over this. yes, she appears to be kind of a train wreck, but you never really know what people are going through from the outside looking in. just let the girl be!

I guess it's a combination of all the crazy shit going on when she has two little babies at home that are going to have to put up with her actions for years to come. She wanted fame and fortune and now it's starting to look like she can't handle it.

Let's put it this way. Who looks like the more responsible parent right now, her or Wackadoo Federline? Don't they have custody hearings coming up?

I know, all this crazy stuff isn't making her look good in terms of who is more fit to get the kids.

I feel bad for her. I used to really like her pre-Kfed when everyone else was hating on her. Now she's a serious train wreck with all the crazy stuff she's been up to as of late.

She doesn't even know who she is anymore.
unfortunately alot of people go through that after they have kids and are going through a divorce. I imagine it is amplified because she has such a high profile life.

I have never been a huge britney fan, but I actually feel sorry for her right now. I can only imagine how she feels with people watching her every move and making assumptions and accusations about what she is doing. A lot of the things she is doing like going out and partying and things like that I did after my husband and I split up. Granted I didn't add drugs to the mix and I don't know if she did or has, but her actions are splashed all over the place for people to critisize where as mine weren't. My daughter was never in danger I always made sure she was taken care of. I highly doubt shes leaving the kids by themselves. Now her doing it everyday is a bit (ok alot) overboard.

I just hope she can get the help she needs to get through this. I am guessing she is probably going through depression and past partum depression. Poor girl...she may have finally gone over the edge.

Apparently her parents are involved according to one report I saw yesterday when I googled this topic thinking my friend was making it up. Apparently her parents and some other relatives and friends stepped in and staged kind of an intervention. Sort of forced her to go to rehab (for what substance, don't know) so she went. And then checked herself out the same day.

As for the details, she apparently told the hair stylist to shave her head and upon his resistance to do so, she grabbed the clippers and did it herself. I wonder if she still had to pay the probably very high priced salon for doing her own hair? She was then apparently seen later in the night at a club with a blonde wig.

The only sane reason I can think of to do this would be if she was donating her hair to one of the charities that uses the hair for wigs for cancer victims. Obviously not the case here though.

I think they started charging 200 for buzz cuts after Britney came into the shop. Otherwise it's just some random hair salon, I don't think it was a fancy one.

My friend was watching TV with her kids and flipping through channels Sunday night. . . and the video of Brittany shaving her head was on some channel.

Later that night, my friend's six year old daughter came crying from her bedroom in the middle of the night saying, *sob*"I can't go to sleep. . . Brittany Spears scares me."*sob*

How funny is that???

People are dying everday in Iraq, but it is more important to see Britney do a Telly Savalas imitation. IS this really priority #1?
