Bipolar?

I'm concerned that a friend of mine is exhibiting signs of bipolar disorder, or something that resembles it very much. Any ideas how to approach this?

This is a tough one. What are some things that are happening that make you feel your friend is bipolar?

Honestly, if there are any supports you can gather in your friend's life, that may be the best way to go. If you feel your friend is a danger to their self/others, getting them to the nearest hospital for an evaluation is a good way to go as well. This is one of the most devastating illnesses from what I have seen from my work and my personal life. It's going to be a long road ahead for your friend if this is the diagnosis.
