I want someone who "gets" me. Someone who I can have a good conversation with about anything. Someone honest, funny (has to make me smile/laugh - a big must), and who has integrity. I would say looks, but looks vary depending on the person. I don't have a set feature I look for except that I have to like their eyes.

Hmmmm. Lauren Conrad is 21. Let's see...I'm a big fan of someone my age. Actually what constitutes my age...the girl I'm meeting with today is 26 and that's certainly not inappropriate. Hmmmmm.....how old is Christina Aguilera these days? I'm sure I can think of someone. But maybe not TODAY.

It's funny. I've found a lot of guys that are around 25-26 that prefer older women. Guys my age tend to go for younger women. Maybe younger guys lok to older women for experience? Dunno.

My BF is two years younger than I am, actually.

I've often observed, the older the guy, the younger the women. I know that I've been asked out by quite a few guys between 5-10 years older than me (or more) in the past. I think it's generally less about attraction to the woman specifically as it is trying to prove that you "can get" somebody young. So that's oh-so flattering...it's more about ego than attraction.

I'd like JFT please, today, tomorrow, for a long time. And he lives on another continent- sad but true. He has kind eyes and he makes me laugh, he makes up the most appalling rap songs, and writes the sweetest emails.

In light of this thread, he also happens to be two years younger than me. There seems to be some truth in that - I'll be hitting the big 30 soon-ish, and men my age do seem more interested in the pretty young thangs... The Swede's had done some studies, and its all about procreation. Men want younger woman (they're more fertile ;) and younger woman want older men (they can provide) - seems its ancient strands of DNA that havent quite caught up with modern science and gender equality - but lets not get political on this :)

If I cant have JFT- I'll settle for some Wentworth, perhaps I'll go older tomorrow and try out some Mr Willis.

I'm with you man.. Whatever, people taking this shit too seriously. I find that the most physically attractive women are in their 20s. They start to taper off from the 30s on.. This is just a matter of fact and life.

I'm thinner now than I was when I was 25. I also still get carded for alcohol (even if only half the time now).

My wife? No. Usually the attractiveness of the person you love doesn't change, unless they become obese or horribly disfigured. But say, seeing how Elizabeth Taylor or someone else I have no personal connection to progress over the years, yes, they get less and less attractive.

I think it depends. Some men become distinguished. There are several handsome older men.

This is a valid point. A lot of men, I think, do become more attractive at say 40 than 20 or 30. But after 50 in most cases....whoa! Watch out just how awful we can generally look.

I kno it was the original point of the thread but I'm bored, i figured i'd contribue what i want in a date.

First off i want a second date, and a third date, *A* date would be nice lol.(this list is based off of all my failed dates)

Tall, slender-athletic, funny, appreciates me, does some of the work(i.e, i dont have to chase em down? makes sense?), gets my sarcasm, super cute would be nice(dont really want someone who's too sexy then everyone will want them and i'd get jealous/insecure ) Can understand each other(language, actions), not some kind of crazy nymph, lives within close proximity?(30 minutes or less travel time). NF and last but no least somewhat same religious beleifs( or atleast be open?)
