staffing/recruitment agencies?

I’ve haven’t had much luck looking for a job (I get interviews, but not offers), even after using sites like Monster.com and HotJobs, so I thought I would try out a staffing/recruitment agency. Can anyone recommend a good, reliable agency with locations in NYC? I'm just looking for some ideas because I don’t know where to start.

Depends on your field. Usually when you post your resume online on a site like monster.com, they'll contact you if they see something that would fit you.
