According to the Oakland County, Michigan Press, "Dr. Death," Dr. Jack Kevorkian, is running as an independent for Congress in suburban Detroit against Republican incumbent Joe Knollenberg.

There is some speculation that this is simply a publicity stunt. What I wonder is where he has the energy; he's about 80 years old.

from everything I read on the man....he seems very intelligent. He's the embodiment of the American way....if there is a demand for something, somebody has to supply it!
