Living with mom.

I live at home with my mom. and i HAAAAATE IT!
shes a B!TCH and our relationship is incredibly strained now that i live at home. I dont save money living at home because i'm an hour away and i help her out with her bills or groceries(which apparently isnt enough) so i need to start giving her 50 dollars a month towards rent.

I was baffled.

Anyone else having issues with rents?

If you aren't saving money, maybe you should move closer to work. Otherwise, sit down with your mom and figure out exactly what you are responsible for. Write it up, sign a lease, and let that be an end to it. My guess is that calling her a b-tch wont help solve anything.

If I were living with my mom I would be going through the same thing. Considering the economy things may not be that easy financially. The best thing I could suggest is communicate with your mom on what you need and let her know that you will try your best to meet her needs. It's obvious that you 2 need each other financially and emotionally, so don't take advantage of the time that you guys have together. Keep in mind that things may get worse before they get better, but things will work out.
