Lasik Eye Surgery

I am about to get Lasik Eye Surgery from TLC on Friday. Has anyone gotten Lasik Eye Surgery and if so how was your experience from pre-operation to actual operation to post-operation?

I'm not really nervous about it b/c I have wanted to have this done for like 5 years. I am getting this surgery for my b-day. I can't wait!!

Loved it!!! I had it done about 3 years ago. Pisces is right, there is a thread and I believe I commented on it. It is a scary but painless procedure that is really worth it. Just make sure to listen to the doc and use all of the drops he tells you to, my sister-in-law didn't really listen at all and her eyes are pretty dry all of the time now. I had no problems! Good luck!

My vision's too poor, and besides, I've always loved my glasses. I have contacts, and I very rarely wear them. Generally only for formal events, etc.

Hey everybody...thanks for some of the replies. I did end up finding the other Lasik Surgery Thread...so I apologize for posting this again.

I actually didn't know that you could search the threads for certain topics, but I found out how. I will try to search for topics now instead of posting first so that this will prevent duplicate threads and so on.
