Hey there if you are craving something like chocolate or something go ahead and just eat it! You don't have to eat loads of it, but if you have one or two it's ok, then your craving is gone and you don't have to worry about it. My nutrionist told me that, it's better to satisfy a craving than not to, because you will crave it more and take bigger sizes of it the more you deprive yourself. If not try packing like a small baggie size of potato chips, pretzels or some veggies to keep with you when you get the munchies. Or get a piece of hard candy and suck on it for awhile, it will cure the craving and last long enough to supress your appetitie.

well are the reese's yours? if so give them away or throw them out. then fill the drawer with fruit, veggie sticks, crackers, anything else. if they aren't yours ask the owner if they mind keeping them in a secure area so you can avoid temptation.

Kitalyn, I understand your pain. Our office kitchen was packed with cookies, chips, sodas and what not. On any given day, one of the guys would walk in with a box of donuts or pastries.

So I decided to counter attack, since Christmas, I've been bringing in a grapefruit a day. Every morning, while the guys are stuffing themselves with the sweets, I'd have my half grapefruit, and when the afternoon munchies hit... I'd eat the other half. Well guess what? I got them addicted! Now, once in awhile, you'll see one of the guys come in with a bag of apples, or grapefruits for the office.:)

lol...I am eating a hershey's kiss as we speak, HOWEVER, what I used to find effective was finding a healthier version of chocolate. Chocolate soy milk or Luna bars. Still not as healthy as an apple, but you feel like you are partaking, it satisfies the craviung and it's a little healthier than hershey's
