I just wanted to say hello and I know what you've been going through. This past year has been hell literally - graduate from school, move back home to a small town, live with parents, ( almost going on a year now) get a temp job for 8 months, get a salary job that still sucks pays a dollar more an hour. My biggest disappointment is the work place. I think in college we were all given self inflated egos. We are important and we can change the world. You get to the workplace and realize no one cares if you have great ideas or are actually much smarter than the rest. It's definitely an adjustment. Things are starting to actually look up now - finally getting a place of my own and have got the courage to start taking things into my own hands again. Good luck to all graduating during this crappy economic time.!

so it looks like everyone goes through this! i graduated in 2001. i moved back in with the 'rents - & hated it! i had a contract job for about 8 months doing something that wasn't in my field. now i'm 1/2 way through my diploma (on top of the degree) & still can't find anything. oh fun, fun!
