Dating in San Diego

How is the dating scene for guys in San Diego. I am moving there this fall to attend law school and I really have no idea how it is. Anybody have any information?

The ratio of guys to girls is high, thanks to the military. It's not bad, there are a lot of friendly people- some California crazies.
It's definately a boys' town.
