So, I've been looking at new places to live and I'm feeling better because yesterday I checked out a house and 3 other girls live there around the same age as me. And 1 of them goes to my church and all the girls seemed really nice and laid back, not at all like my current roommate. The only downside is that I would have to share a room. But it is cheaper and I would save some money for paying back loans and possibly saving up for grad school. So, I think I'll probably take it, after I check out a couple more places. It was so refreshing just to see that I could get out of my current living situation. Also, the house is so cute, right by the beach, and has a cute garden w/ tiki torches. Also, it has a lot of storage space cuz they have a garage. They all seemed SO friendly, and it would also be a way for me to make new friends which I have been wanting to do.
My current roommate despite the things she said has been nicer in the past couple days, but I'm tired of always feeling like crap when she treats me badly and then I'm supposed to be so thankful and happy when she starts treating me better? no thanks, i'm done. She even asked me for a ride to work today since her car (that she doesn't take care of) broke down. Whatever. I'm trying to move on now.
